A movement distance measurement system is provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. The system includes: a moving body traveling inside a pipe; an optical milometer provided in the moving body and generating a series of pipe surface images by photographing an inner wall of the pipe; and a control unit determining a travel distance of the moving body based on a change in image position of a pattern appearing in the pipe surface image and estimating a position of the moving body. An objective of the present invention is to provide the movement distance measurement system that improves the reliability of position estimation. 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 이동거리 측정 시스템이 제공된다. 상기 시스템은, 배관 내부를 주행하는 이동체; 상기 이동체에 구비되고, 상기 배관의 내벽을 촬영하여 일련의 배관 표면 이미지를 생성하는 광학식 주행거리계; 및 상기 배관 표면 이미지에서 나타나는 패턴의 화상 위치 변화에 기초하여 상기 이동체의 주행거리를 결정하고, 상기 이동체의 위치를 추정하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
