The present invention relates to an electronic sorter for simultaneous multiple seafood classification with a calibration function and a sorting method thereof, wherein the electronic sorter comprises an inlet unit for putting in a plurality of objects; a measuring unit including a plurality of load cells for measuring each weight of individual objects conveyed from the inlet unit; a conveying unit for conveying the objects weighed by the load cells; a sorting unit in which the objects conveyed by the conveying unit are sequentially arranged and a plurality of opening plates, each made up of a pair of plates, are included; a discharge unit receiving the objects dropped from the sorting unit and formed in any one of solid shapes having an internal space and opened at the top; and a control unit including a central system for controlling the measuring unit, the inlet unit, the conveying unit, and the sorting unit. 본 발명은 보정 기능을 포함하는 동시다발적 해산물 분류용 전자 선별기 및 그 선별방법에 관한 것으로, 복수 개의 개체를 투입하는 투입부, 상기 투입부에서 운반된 단일 개체 각각의 중량을 측정하는 복수 개의 로드셀을 포함하는 측정부, 상기 로드셀에서 중량이 측정된 개체를 운반하는 운반부, 상기 운반부를 통해 운반된 개체가 순차적으로 배치되며, 한 쌍의 판으로 형성되는 복수 개의 열림판이 포함되는 선별부, 상기 선별부에서 하강하는 개체를 수용하며, 내부에 공간이 형성되고 상부면이 개방된 입체도형 중 어느 하나의 형태로 형성되는 배출부, 상기 측정부, 상기 투입부, 상기 운반부 및 상기 선별부를 제어하는 중앙 시스템을 포함하여 구성되는 제어부를 포함하여 구성되는 보정 기능을 포함하는 동시다발적 해산물 분류용 전자 선별기 및 그 선별방법에 관한 것이다.
