The present invention relates to an immune response analysis device. The analysis device of the present invention includes: an incubation chamber which has a plurality of slits accommodating cartridges, and in which culture for an immunodiagnostic reaction is performed; a cartridge injection drive unit for injecting the cartridge into the slits of the incubation chamber; a determination unit for determining a reaction result in the cartridge; a cartridge withdrawing drive unit for withdrawing the cartridge accommodated in the slits of the incubation chamber; a cartridge transport drive unit for transporting the drawn-out cartridge to the determination unit; and a control unit for controlling the cartridge injection drive unit, the cartridge withdrawing drive unit, and the cartridge transport drive unit.
