The present invention relates to an oxygen supply device and a method for an aircraft fuel cell, comprising: a compressor for generating compressed air by compressing air in the atmosphere and supplying the same to a fuel cell stack; a small oxygen tank in which a certain amount of pure oxygen is stored; an aircraft monitoring unit that monitors an aircraft in flight to determine whether pure oxygen supply from the small oxygen tank is required; and an oxygen supply means changing unit for switching an oxygen supply means to the fuel cell stack from the compressor to the small oxygen tank or vice versa according to the monitoring result, thereby capable of stably supplying the fuel cell stack with oxygen required in various operating environments of the aircraft without storing a large amount of pure oxygen. 본 발명은 대기 중의 공기를 압축하여 압축공기를 생성하고 연료전지 스택으로 공급하는 압축기와, 일정량의 순산소가 저장되어 있는 소형 산소탱크와, 비행 중인 항공기를 모니터링하여 상기 소형 산소탱크로부터의 순산소 공급이 요구되는지 여부를 판단하는 항공기 모니터링부, 및 모니터링 결과에 따라 상기 연료전지 스택으로의 산소 공급수단을 상기 압축기에서 소형 산소탱크로 전환하거나 그 반대로 전환하는 산소 공급수단 변경부를 포함하여, 많은 양의 순산소를 저장하지 않고도 항공기의 다양한 운항 환경에서 필요로 하는 산소를 연료전지 스택에 안정적으로 공급할 수 있게 한 항공기용 연료전지의 산소 공급 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
