Summary:The present invention relates to a borate-based fluorescent substance composition and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the composition has light emitting properties similar to the natural teeth of a person to be treated by doping trivalent rear earth element (REE) metal positive ions to a main body determining material (host material) at a specific ratio. Since the light emitting properties of the fluorescent substance composition can be controlled by adjusting the doping concentration ratio of trivalent rare earth element metal, it is possible to improve the aesthetic effect on the tooth appearance of the person to be treated. 본 발명은 모체 결정 물질 (Host material)에 희토류 (Rare earth elements, REE) 금속 3가 양이온이 특정 비율로 도핑되어 피시술자의 자연치 (natural teeth)와 유사한 발광 특성을 갖는 보레이트 (borate)계 형광체 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 희토류 금속 3가 도핑 농도 비율을 조절함으로써 형광체 조성물의 발광 특성을 조절할 수 있으므로, 피시술자의 치아 외관상 심미적 효과를 개선할 수 있다.
