Summary: | Provided is a technology capable of improving controllability of a control object to which a gas is supplied/exhausted by a spool-type flow control valve. A control device, by controlling a flow rate of supply/discharge of the gas by the spool-type flow control valve for the control object, controls a control amount of the concerned control object to a target value. The control device is equipped with: a controller that generates a spool position command of the spool-type flow control valve based on the target value; and a non-linear compensator that outputs a non-linear flow characteristic of the spool-type flow control valve, to the generated spool position command, to the spool type flow control valve by applying a correction to compensate linearly.
스풀형 유량제어밸브에 의하여 기체가 급배기되는 제어대상의 제어성을 향상시킬 수 있는 기술을 제공한다. 제어장치는, 제어대상에 대한 스풀형 유량제어밸브에 의한 기체의 급배의 유량을 제어함으로써 당해 제어대상의 제어량을 목푯값으로 제어한다. 제어장치는, 목푯값에 근거하여 스풀형 유량제어밸브의 스풀위치지령을 생성하는 제어기와, 생성된 스풀위치지령에, 스풀형 유량제어밸브의 비선형인 유량특성을 선형 보상하기 위한 보정을 적용하여, 스풀형 유량제어밸브에 출력하는 비선형 보상기를 구비한다. |
