Summary:The present invention relates to an active load device for testing an islanding prevention function of a smart inverter for distributed power which comprises: a load module composed of a plurality of resistors, inductors, and capacitors connected in parallel and mechanical switches that control connection and disconnection of corresponding passive elements; a semiconductor switch module that is serially connected to the load module and finely adjusts the amount of active and reactive power through high-speed switching control; and a load integration controller controlling the load module and the semiconductor switch module. 본 발명은 분산전원용 스마트 인버터의 단독운전 방지기능 시험을 위한 능동형 부하 장치에 관한 것으로서, 병렬 연결된 다수의 저항, 인덕터, 커패시터와 해당 수동 소자의 접속 및 차단을 제어하는 기계식 스위치로 구성된 부하 모듈; 상기 부하 모듈에 직렬 연결되어 고속의 스위칭 제어를 통해서 유효 및 무효 전력의 크기를 미세 조절하는 반도체 스위치 모듈; 및 상기 부하 모듈 및 반도체 스위치 모듈을 제어하는 부하 통합 제어기를 포함한다.
