The noise reduction device can comprise: a ventilation hole connected to the first outlet; and a side branch of which one end is connected to the ventilation hole and the other end has a closed structure. 에어컨의 일 실시예는, 공기가 유동하는 제1입구 및 제1출구가 구비되는 송풍팬, 제1출구를 통해 유동하는 공기의 유동경로에 배치되는 열교환기, 및 송풍팬과 열교환기 사이에 배치되는 소음저감장치를 포함할 수 있다. 소음저감장치는, 제1출구와 연통하는 통풍구, 및 일단이 통풍구와 연통되고, 타단이 폐쇄된 구조를 가지는 사이드브랜치(side branch)를 포함할 수 있다.
