The cable-fixed decontamination device includes: a housing through which a cable can penetrate; a transfer unit for moving the cable through the housing; and a cutting unit rotatably installed in the housing to cut the outer surface of the cable and providing a cutter movable in the inner diameter direction of the cable. 케이블 고정식 제염장치가 소개된다. 이 케이블 고정식 제염장치는 케이블이 관통 가능한 하우징과, 케이블을 하우징에 관통하여 이동시키기 위한 이송 유닛과, 케이블의 외면이 커팅하도록 하우징 내에서 회전 가능하게 설치되고 케이블의 내경방향으로 이동 가능한 커터를 제공하는 커팅 유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
