Provided is a method for solving a communication error between Hi-pass base stations on a terminal mounted in a vehicle exiting from a Hi-pass road. The method includes the following steps of: sensing a predetermined communication error state between the Hi-pass base stations; as the communication error is sensed, transmitting an activation slot (ACTS) to the Hi-pass base stations in accordance with a preset cycle or a predetermined step; and as the communication error is determined as solved, stopping the transmission of the activation slot and resuming the communication. A communication frame between the Hi-pass base stations and the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises a frame control message slot (FCMS), a message data slot (MDS), and the activation slot.
