The present invention relates to an EEG-emergent music-composing device which extracts a user's mental and psychological state from the frequency and phase information of EEG and expresses the same as music for use in psychotherapy. The EEG-emergent music-composing device is implemented by comprising: an EEG acquiring and processing unit acquiring the user's EEG by a non-invasive brain activation measurement method and extracting the frequency and phase information of the acquired EEG as the user's mental and psychological state information; an EEG-music modulating unit converting the characteristic frequency and power values of the acquired EEG into music data; and a music editing unit generating music corresponding to the psychological state of a user by editing the generated one-dimensional music with auditory feedback and commercially available music authoring tools. 뇌파의 주파수와 위상정보로부터 사용자의 정신적 심리 상태를 추출하고, 이를 음악으로 표현하여 심리치료에 활용할 수 있도록 한 뇌파 창발 음악 작곡장치에 관한 것으로서, 비침습적인 뇌 활성화 측정방법으로 사용자의 뇌파를 획득하고, 획득한 뇌파의 주파수와 위상정보를 사용자의 정신적 심리 상태정보로 추출하는 뇌파 획득 및 처리부, 획득한 뇌파의 특징 주파수와 파워 값을 음악 데이터로 변환하는 뇌파-음악 변조부 및 생성된 1차원적 음악을 청각 피드백과 상용 음악 저작 도구로 편집하여 사용자의 심리 상태에 대응하는 음악을 생성하는 음악 편집부를 포함하여, 뇌파 창발 음악 작곡장치를 구현한다.
