Summary:The present invention relates to a heat transfer measuring device and measuring method for analyzing a filler dispersion of a thermally conductive composite material, wherein the heat transfer measuring device for analyzing the filler dispersion of the thermally conductive composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured by comprising: a heater module (110) that provides heat; a heat transfer jig (120) installed on an upper part of the heater module (110) having a test piece (101) disposed thereon, and transferring a heat from the heater module (110) to the test piece (101); and a test piece pressing stand (130) that press-fixes the test piece (101) disposed on the heat transfer jig (120) onto the heat transfer jig (120).
