The present invention relates to a cold water generating device and a water purifier including the same. In the cold water generating device and the water purifier including the same, a block member is disposed to surround the outer circumferential surface of a flow path member through which fluid flows, and a cooling passage is provided in the block member while being provided in each of a plurality of zones that are thermally separated from each other, wherein the block member is cooled down and the fluid is cooled so that the temperature at which the fluid is cooled can be sufficiently lowered. A connection pipe is provided so that the fluid flows sequentially through the cooling passage. Accordingly, heat exchange between an introduced fluid and a discharged fluid is prevented from occurring, thereby securing the maximum amount of cold water to improve user satisfaction. 본 발명은 냉수 생성 장치 및 이를 포함하는 정수기에 관한 것으로, 유체가 흐르는 유로 부재의 외주면을 감싸도록 블록 부재를 배치하고, 이러한 블록 부재를 냉각시켜서 유체가 냉각되도록 함으로써 유체가 냉각되는 온도를 충분히 낮출 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 블록 부재에 구비되되, 열적으로 상호 분리된 복수의 구역에 각각 냉각 유로를 배치하고, 이러한 냉각 유로를 유체가 순차적으로 흐르도록 연결관이 구비되며, 이를 통해 유입되는 유체와 유출되는 유체 상호 간에 열교환이 발생하지 않도록 함으로써 냉수의 양을 최대한 확보해서 사용자 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 냉수 생성 장치 및 이를 포함하는 정수기에 관한 것이다.
