Summary:The present invention relates to a method for cultivating Cordyceps militaris, and more particularly, to a method for increasing the production of fruiting bodies by reducing the source of contamination and ensuring good germination during cultivation of Cordyceps militaris. According to the present invention, the source of contamination of Cordyceps militaris is reduced, and after subculture, the ascospores of Cordyceps militaris are irradiated with light, so it is possible to increase the production of fruiting bodies of Cordyceps militaris by selecting only mycelia containing yellow mycelia that have been cultured purely by a dilution plate culture method from ascospores containing the white mycelia and yellow mycelia followed by subsequent cultivation. 본 발명은 번데기 동충하초(Cordyceps militaris)의 재배 방법에 관한 것으로써, 좀 더 상세하게는 번데기 동충하초의 재배시 오염원을 줄이고, 발이가 잘 되도록하여 자실체의 생산량을 증대시키기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 번데기 동충하초의 오염원을 줄이고, 계대배양 후 번데기 동충하초의 자낭포자에 빛을 조사하여, 흰색 균사와 노란색 균사를 포함하는 자낭포자로 부터 희석평판배양방법에 의하여 순수분리 배양한 황색 또는 노란색 균사를 포함하는 균사만을 선별하여 후속 배양함으로써 번데기 동충하초의 자실체의 생산량을 증대시킬 수 있다.
