Summary:An organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting device including the same are provided. The organic light emitting diode comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode facing the first electrode; and a first light emitting material layer including a first compound, a second compound, and a third compound and positioned between the first and second electrodes. The onset wavelength of the second compound is greater than the onset wavelength of the first compound and smaller than the onset wavelength of the third compound. The maximum emission wavelength of the second compound is smaller than the maximum emission wavelength of the first compound. The maximum emission wavelength of the third compound is equal to or smaller than the maximum emission wavelength of the first compound. The full width at half maximum (FWHM) of each of the second compound and the third compound is smaller than the FWHM of the first compound. 본 발명은, 제 1 전극과; 상기 제 1 전극과 마주하는 제 2 전극과; 제 1 화합물, 제 2 화합물, 제 3 화합물을 포함하고 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극 사이에 위치하는 제 1 발광물질층을 포함하며, 상기 제 2 화합물의 온셋파장은 상기 제 1 화합물의 온셋파장보다 크고 상기 제 3 화합물의 온셋파장보다 작으며, 상기 제 2 화합물의 최대발광파장은 상기 제 1 화합물의 최대발광파장보다 작고, 상기 제 3 화합물의 최대발광파장은 상기 제 1 화합물의 최대발광파장과 같거나 이보다 작으며, 상기 제 2 화합물과 상기 제 3 화합물 각각의 반치폭은 상기 제 1 화합물의 반치폭보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 및 유기발광장치를 제공한다.
