A system for providing a customized medical service based on the medical data of a patient according to the present invention comprises: a medical data extraction part that extracts the medical data of the patient through an approval of a clinical research review committee; a medical data construction part that constructs the independent data for each disease or each hospital through pre-processing of the medical data of the patient extracted by the medical data extraction part; a model forming part that forms a learning model of an intelligent software, for each disease, of the data constructed by the medical data construction part; and an information providing part that provides the information for a customized service for the patient to a medical institution based on the learning model formed by the model forming part. 본 발명에 따른 환자의 의료데이터를 기초로 한 맞춤형 의료 서비스 제공 시스템은, 임상연구심의위원회의 승인을 통해 환자의 의료데이터를 추출하는 의료데이터 추출부; 상기 의료데이터 추출부에 의해 추출된 상기 환자의 의료데이터를 전처리 과정을 통해 질환별 또는 병원별로 독립된 데이터를 구축하는 의료데이터 구축부; 상기 의료데이터 구축부에 의해 구축된 데이터를 질환별로 지능형 스프트웨어의 학습 모델을 형성하는 모델 형성부; 및 상기 모델 형성부에 의해 형성된 학습 모델을 기초로 하여 의료기관에 상기 환자에 대한 맞춤형 서비스에 대한 정보를 제공하는 정보 제공부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
