Summary: | According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a thermoelectric material powder manufacturing method utilizing a rapid solidification method, which includes: a raw material preparation step of preparing a powder raw material containing antimony (Sb) and having a Sb content higher than 1/120 or more and 10/120 or less than the final content of Sb in the final thermoelectric material powder to be manufactured; a step of vacuum-sealing and melting the powder raw material to form a melt; a step of solidifying the melt by a rapid solidification method to make a solidified product; and a raw material powder preparation and sintering step of pulverizing the solidified material.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 급속고화법을 활용한 열전소재 분말제조법은 안티모니(Sb)를 포함하며, 최종 제조될 열전소재 분말의 상기 Sb의 최종함량보다 1/120이상 10/120이하 높은 Sb함량을 갖는 분말 원재료를 준비하는 원재료 준비단계; 상기 분말 원재료를 진공 밀봉하고 용융하여 용융액을 만드는 단계; 상기 용융액을 급속고화법으로 응고시켜 응고물을 만드는 단계; 상기 응고물을 분쇄하는 원료 분말 제조 단계 및 소결하는 단계를 포함한다. |
