The present invention provides an organic light emitting device which comprises: a substrate; a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; a first light emitting material layer including a first dopant, which is a boron derivative, and a first host, which is an anthracene derivative, and positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode; an electron blocking layer including an electron blocking material, which is an amine derivative in which a heteroaryl group is substituted, and positioned between the first electrode and the first light emitting material layer; and a hole blocking layer including a hole blocking material and positioned between the second electrode and the first light emitting material layer.
