The present invention relates to a chain extender composition, a chain extended polyurethane using the same, and an adhesive comprising the chain extended polyurethane, and more specifically, to a chain extender composition which comprises an anhydrosugar alcohol-alkylene glycol or anhydrosugar alcohol-alkylene glycol composition, an addition reaction product of biomass-derived anhydrosugar alcohol or a composition including the same and alkylene oxide, to improve the adhesive strength of a polyurethane adhesive when used as a chain extender of polyurethane for an adhesive, with improved eco-friendliness, increased reactivity, excellent usability due to a liquid phase, a chain-extended polyurethane using the same, and an adhesive comprising the chain-extended polyurethane. 본 발명은 사슬 연장제 조성물, 이를 이용하여 사슬 연장된 폴리우레탄, 및 이 사슬 연장된 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 접착제에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 바이오매스 유래의 무수당 알코올 또는 이를 포함하는 조성물과 알킬렌 옥사이드의 부가 반응 결과물인 무수당 알코올-알킬렌 글리콜 또는 무수당 알코올-알킬렌 글리콜 조성물을 포함함으로써, 친환경성이 향상됨과 동시에, 반응성이 증가하고, 액상으로 인해 사용성이 우수하며, 접착제용 폴리우레탄의 사슬 연장제로 사용시, 폴리우레탄 접착제의 접착 강도를 개선할 수 있는 사슬 연장제 조성물, 이를 이용하여 사슬 연장된 폴리우레탄, 및 이 사슬 연장된 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 접착제에 관한 것이다.
