The disconnecting switch and earthing switch for a gas insulated switchgear according to the present invention includes: a movable lever unit; a movable unit which is connected to the movable lever unit, and is rotated by the operation of the movable lever unit; a hinge unit which rotatably supports the movable unit; and a fixing unit which allows the movable unit being rotated to be inserted therein or to be opened.
