A remote consulting service system according to an embodiment comprises: a banking host for receiving consultation reservation information from a customer terminal; a consultant terminal including an AP accessing the banking host; a digital desk apparatus including a beacon recognizing the customer terminal when the customer terminal approaches within a predetermined distance; and a digital desk server for receiving a consultation request signal according to information recognized by the digital desk apparatus and requesting the consultant terminal for consultation acceptance through the AP, wherein a terminal of a consultant who accepted consultation may request the digital desk apparatus for identity verification and perform identity verification of a customer by accessing the banking host on the basis of identity verification information received from the digital desk apparatus.
