Summary:The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising an oil capsule containing an oil-soluble active substance and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition, which directly forms a capsule containing an oil-soluble active substance within the preparation process without having to go through a separate encapsulation process. Consequently, the cosmetic composition can be prepared at high efficiency and low costs when compared with existing products containing capsules, and which imparts the moisturizing power of oil and the efficacy of active ingredients by allowing a capsule contained therein to be broken when applied to the skin. 본 발명은 유용성 활성 물질을 함유하는 오일 캡슐을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 별도의 캡슐레이션 공정을 거치지 않고 공정 내에서 자체적으로 유용성 활성 물질을 함유하는 캡슐을 형성하여, 기존의 캡슐 함유 제품과 비교하여 저비용, 고효율의 생산이 가능하며 피부에 도포시 캡슐이 깨지면서 오일의 보습력과 유효 성분의 효능을 부여하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
