Summary:The present invention relates to a method for magnetizing a rotor magnet and to a method for magnetizing a rotor magnet, wherein a front and a rear segment (110, 120) are coupled around a rotor shaft so as to put an exciting coil in a segment core portion, a plurality of magnets (130) are mounted in slots of the segments, a front fan (130) and a rear fan (140) are provided. The method comprises: a step of, when the front fan (140) is welded and coupled to one side of the front segment (110), forming a magnetic field around the segments by generating excessive current in the direction of the rotor shaft during welding; a welding and magnetizing step (S10) of magnetizing the plurality of magnets (130) by forming polarities on the plurality of magnets (130) mounted in the slots of the segments by the direction of the magnetic fields; and an inspection step (S20) of inspecting the degree of magnetization of the magnets (130) magnetized in the welding and magnetizing step (S10), thereby improving workability and productivity. 본 발명은 로터 마그네트 착자방법에 관한 발명으로, 로터샤프트를 중심으로 세그먼트 코어부에 여자코일이 들어가도록 프론트 및 리어 세그먼트(110,120)를 결합하고, 세그먼트의 슬롯에는 복수의 마그네트(130)를 장착하고, 프론트 팬(140) 및 리어 팬(150)을 구비하는 로터의 마그네트 착자방법에 있어서, 프론트 팬(140)을 프론트 세그먼트(110)의 일측에 용접하여 결합할 때, 용접 시 로터샤프트 방향으로 과대전류를 발생하여 세그먼트를 중심으로 자기장을 형성하는 단계와, 자기장의 방향에 의해 세그먼트의 슬롯에 장착되는 복수의 마그네트(130)에 자극을 형성하여 자화하는 단계로 이루어지는 용접착자공정(S10)과, 용접착자공정(S10)에 의해 착자된 마그네트(130)의 착자 정도를 검사하는 검사공정(S20)을 포함하여 이루어짐에 따라 작업성 및 생산성을 향상하는 것이 특징이다.
