The present application relates to a method for predicting a subtype of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer in a patient. According to one embodiment of the present application, the subtype of non-muscular invasive bladder cancer in a patient before or at the time of treatment can be predicted, and furthermore, the prognosis after treating non-muscle invasive bladder cancer in a patient can be predicted.
