Summary:The present invention relates to a preparation method of a diester-based material, and more specifically, to a preparation method of a diester-based material which comprises the step of: supplying a dicarboxylic acid, alcohol, and a catalyst to a reactor to perform an esterification reaction; and pressurizing the operating pressure of the reactor at 300 to 500 mmHg (g) in the beginning of the reaction and gradually reducing the operating pressure as the reaction proceeds, wherein the catalyst is additionally introduced at the time of reducing the operating pressure of the reactor. 본 발명은 디에스터계 물질의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 디카르복실산, 알코올 및 촉매를 반응기에 공급하여 에스터화 반응시키는 단계; 및 상기 반응 초기에 반응기의 운전 압력을 300 mmHg(g) 내지 500 mmHg(g)로 가압하고, 반응이 진행됨에 따라서 단계적으로 운전 압력을 감소시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 반응기의 운전 압력을 감소시키는 시점에 촉매를 추가로 투입하는 것인 디에스터계 물질의 제조방법을 제공한다.
