The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating exhaust gas of a dual fuel engine, which injects air toward a bulkhead between a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) chamber and a bypass pipe through the bypass pipe to prevent the SCR chamber from being heated over a predetermined temperature when the dual fuel engine operates in a gas mode. The apparatus for treating exhaust gas of a dual fuel engine according to the present invention comprises: an SCR device consisting of the SCR chamber and the bypass pipe joined to each other with the bulkhead interposed therebetween; and an air injection device injecting air toward the bulkhead inside of the bypass pipe, wherein the air injection device includes an air injection nozzle having a single nozzle hole or a plurality of nozzle holes, wherein the air injection nozzle is disposed in a horizontal direction to be adjacent to the bulkhead and the air injected through the single nozzle hole or the plurality of the nozzle holes forms an air curtain hiding the bulkhead. 본 발명은 이종연료엔진의 가스모드 운전시 바이패스 배관을 통해 SCR챔버와 바이패스 배관 사이의 격벽을 향해 공기를 분사함으로써 SCR챔버가 일정 온도 이상으로 가열되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 이종연료엔진 배기가스 처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 이종연료엔진 배기가스 처리장치는 격벽을 사이에 두고 결합된 SCR챔버와 바이패스 배관을 포함하여 구성되는 SCR장치; 및 상기 바이패스 배관 내부의 격벽을 향해 공기를 분사하는 공기분사장치;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 공기분사장치는 단수 또는 복수의 노즐공을 구비하는 공기분사노즐을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 공기분사노즐은 격벽에 근접한 형태 수평 방향으로 배치되며, 단수 또는 복수의 노즐공을 통해 분사되는 공기는 격벽을 가리는 에어커튼을 형성한다.
