According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a corrective therapy notification method includes the steps of: obtaining user schedule information and user health information; a corrective therapy content corresponding to the health information in a database based on the user health information; extracting a time and period for providing the corrective therapy contents, based on the user schedule information; and outputting the corrective therapy content matched according to the extracted time and period to the user terminal.
