The present invention relates to a wheel space-adjustable pesticide spraying apparatus including: a frame on which a pesticide container is mounted; a spray nozzle unit disposed in front of the frame and connected to the pesticide container; guide bars disposed along the left-right direction on the lower side of the frame; a first base slidably coupled to one side of the guide bars; a second base slidably coupled to the other side of the guide bars; a first wheel portion coupled to the first base; a second wheel portion coupled to the second base; a worm gear box disposed on the lower side of the frame; a first nut coupled to the first base; a second nut coupled to the second base; a first lead screw fastened to the first nut and connected to the worm gear box; a second lead screw fastened to the second nut and connected to the worm gear box; and a shaft rotatably disposed on the frame along the front-back direction and connected to the worm gear box. The direction of the thread of the first lead screw and the direction of the thread of the second lead screw are different from each other. The width-direction interval between the first base and the second base is adjusted as a result of the rotational operation of the shaft.
