Summary: | A main objective of the present disclosure is to provide an active material capable of suppressing volume change of an electrode layer during charging and discharging. The present invention relates to an active material used in an all-solid-state battery, wherein the objective of the present invention can be solved by providing the active material which at least contains Si; and in which, when the maximum peak intensity at 900 cm^(-1) or more to 950 cm^(-1) or less in the infrared spectroscopy spectrum is I_1, the maximum peak intensity at 1,000 cm^(-1) or more to 1,100 cm^(-1) or less is of I_2, the I_1 and I_2 satisfy 0.55 <= I_2/I_1 <= 1.0 and 0.01 <= I_1.
(과제) 본 개시는, 충방전 시의 전극층의 체적 변화를 억제 가능한 활물질을 제공하는 것을 주목적으로 한다. (해결 수단) 본 개시에 있어서는, 전고체 전지에 사용되는 활물질로서, 적어도 Si 를 함유하고, 적외 분광 스펙트럼에 있어서, 900 cm-1 이상 950 cm-1 이하에 있어서의 최대 피크 강도를 I1 로 하고, 1000 cm-1 이상 1100 cm-1 이하에 있어서의 최대 피크 강도를 I2 로 한 경우에, 상기 I1 및 상기 I2 가, 0.55 ≤ I2/I1 ≤ 1.0, 및, 0.01 ≤ I1 을 만족하는, 활물질을 제공함으로써, 상기 과제를 해결한다. |
