The present invention relates to an acoustic frequency injection device and method for easing motion sickness. The acoustic frequency injection device is mounted in a vehicle and offsets a specific frequency band which causes motion sickness. The acoustic frequency injection device comprises: a frequency detection part for detecting a frequency generated in a vehicle; an offset frequency calculation part for calculating an offset frequency for canceling a specific frequency from the generated frequency detected by the frequency detection part; and a sound output unit for injecting the offset frequency calculated by the offset frequency calculation part into a sound output through a speaker and outputting the same through the speaker in the form of sound. The present invention can ease the motion sickness of occupants in a vehicle without making the occupants realizing by the acoustic frequency injection device for easing motion sickness even if the occupants do not take additional action. 본 발명은 차량 내에 탑재되며 멀미를 유발하는 특정 주파수 영역을 상쇄시키는 멀미 현상을 완화 시키기 위한 음향 주파수 주입장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 차량 내에서 발생되는 주파수를 감지하는 주파수 감지부, 상기 주파수 감지부에서 감지된 발생 주파수에서 특정 주파수를 상쇄시키기 위한 상쇄주파수를 산출하는 상쇄 주파수 산출부 및 스피커를 통해 출력되는 음향에 상기 상쇄 주파수 산출부에서 산출된 상쇄 주파수를 주입하여 음향 형태로 스피커를 통해 출력하는 음향 출력부를 포함하는, 멀미 현상을 완화 시키기 위한 음향 주파수 주입장치에 의해 차량 내에 탑승자가 별도의 조치를 취하지 않더라도 인식하지 못한 상태에서도 멀미 현상을 완화시킬 수 있는 멀미 현상을 완화 시키기 위한 음향 주파수 주입장치 및 방법을 제공할 수 있다는 효과가 도출된다.
