The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition including whole component extracts of green tea. Specifically, the manufacturing method includes the steps of: a) distilling green tea powder under reduced pressure to obtain a concentrate; b) mixing the green tea powder from which the concentrate is removed in step a) with water and heating the same to obtain a hot water extract; c) concentrating the hot water extract under reduced pressure and mixing the same with alcohol to obtain a precipitate; and d) purifying the precipitate to obtain a glycoprotein. 본 발명은 녹차 전성분 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 상기 제조방법은 a) 녹차 분말을 감압 하에 증류하여 농축액을 얻는 단계; b) 상기 a) 단계에서 농축액이 제거된 녹차 분말을 물과 혼합하고 가열하여 열수추출물을 얻는 단계; c) 상기 열수추출물을 감압 농축한 후 알코올을 혼합하여 침전물을 얻는 단계; 및 d) 상기 침전물을 정제하여 당단백을 얻는 단계;를 포함한다.
