Summary:The present invention relates to a system for sensing an overload due to an offset of a stair-wheelchair lift and, more specifically, to a system for sensing an overload due to an offset of a stair-wheelchair lift, capable of suspending the operation and issuing an emergency alarm when an offset which is no less than a preset value occurs on one of a plurality of load cells, and an operation method thereof. Therefore, the system can be guided to safe operation in case of an overload detected when a rated load is exceeded by 75 kg, can be guided to a wheelchair user through visual and acoustic signals to have an advantage of promptly warning the user, and can fundamentally prevent an offset to protect a driving motor and prevent a twist or the like of components connected in general, which can lead to a reduction in maintenance costs. 본 발명은 계단 겸용 휠체어리프트의 편하중에 의한 과부하 감지시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 복수개의 로드셀 중 1개의 로드셀에 설정값 이상으로 편하중이 발생되면 운행 정지 및 비상 알람을 발생하는 계단 겸용 휠체어리프트의 편하중에 의한 과부하 감지시스템 및 그 작동 방법을 제공함으로써, 정격하중에 75 ㎏ 초과 시 감지되는 과부하시 안전한 작동이 될 수 있도록 안내하며, 휠체어 이용자에게 시각과 청각 신호로 안내되어 즉시 경고할 수 있는 장점이 있고, 편하중이 원칙적으로 발생하지 않도록 하여 구동모터 보호 및 전체적으로 연결된 부품들의 뒤틀림 현상 등을 방지하여 유지관리에 따른 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
