An optical film with an improved contrast ratio includes a high-refractive layer provided with a plurality of intaglio patterns to be spaced apart from each other and a low-refractive layer charging the intaglio patterns and coupled to one surface of the high-refractive layer. The intaglio patterns include a caved flat unit horizontally formed to be caved in a central region and a protruding curved and inclined unit protruding toward the high-refractive layer and the low-refractive layer between the caved flat unit and one surface of the high-refractive layer and inclined in a curved shape. 명암비 개선 광학 필름은 일면에 음각 패턴을 이격시켜 다수를 구비하는 고굴절층과 음각 패턴을 충전하면서 고굴절층의 일면에서 결합하는 저굴절층을 포함한다. 음각 패턴은 중앙 영역에 함몰되어 수평으로 형성되는 함몰 평탄부와 함몰 평탄부와 고굴절층의 일면 사이에 고굴절층에서 저굴절층으로 돌출하면서 곡면 형태로 경사지는 돌출 곡면 경사부를 포함한다.
