Summary: | The present invention relates to a carbon sheet supported with high-density metal nanoparticles which comprises the liquid plasma treatment of a mixed solution including a metal precursor, a linear organic solvent, and an aromatic solvent, a preparation method thereof, an oxygen reduction catalyst comprising the same, and a preparation method thereof. In the preparation method, the linear organic solvent is used and metal is supported in a carbon sheet in the form of nanoparticles so that the metal content required for the oxygen reduction catalyst can be efficiently reached.
본 발명은 금속 전구체, 선형 유기용매 및 방향족 용매를 포함하는 혼합용액을 액체 플라즈마 처리함을 포함하는 고밀도의 금속 나노입자가 담지된 탄소 시트와 이의 제조방법, 이들을 포함하는 산소환원 촉매 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 제조방법에 있어서 선형 유기용매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 금속이 나노입자의 형태로 탄소 시트 내에 담지되어 산소 환원 촉매에서 요구하는 금속의 함량에 효율적으로 도달할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
