Summary:The present invention relates to an orbital rail type digital radiation inspection apparatus. Among non-destructive inspection techniques, an orbital rail type digital radiographic inspection method that can be automated inspection and has an orbital rail structure is applied. After installing the orbital rail along the circumferential direction of a pipe, a gamma irradiation unit and a digital detector array are installed to move along the orbital rail. By configuring the digital detector array and a lead ball shield in a cassette type, lightening and miniaturization of inspection equipment can be achieved. In conjunction with a software of the digital detector array in a wireless manner, digital pad operation and real-time inspection area can be checked precisely and quickly. The orbital rail type digital radiation inspection apparatus includes an orbital rail; a radiation irradiation unit; a digital detector array; and a control unit. 본 발명은 오비탈 레일 타입 디지털 방사선 검사 장치에 관한 것으로, 비파괴 검사기법 중 자동화 검사가 가능하고 오비탈 레일 구조를 갖는 오비탈 레일 타입 디지털 방사선 검사 방식을 적용하되, 배관의 원주방향을 따라 오비탈 레일 을 설치한 후, 그 오비탈 레일 을 따라 감마 방사선 조사부와 디지털 디텍터 어레이가 이동하도록 설치하며, 디지털 디텍터 어레이와 납볼 차폐체를 카세트 타입으로 구성함으로써, 검사장비의 경량화 및 소형화를 가능하게 하며, 무선 방식으로 디지털 디텍터 어레이의 소프트웨어와 연동하여 디지털 패드 작동 및 실시간 검사부위를 정밀하고 신속하게 확인할 수 있다.
