Summary: | The present invention relates to a composition for building materials, a method for manufacturing a composite material for building materials, and a composite material for building materials manufactured therefrom. The composition for the building materials includes: 50-55% by weight of wood flour; 15-25 wt% of synthetic resin; 5-12 wt% of fiber reinforcement; 5-15 wt% of EPDM rubber powder; 1-6 wt% of charcoal powder; and 2-10 wt% of additives. The composite material for the building materials manufactured therefrom has greatly improved mechanical properties such as durability, strength, cracking, and torsion, as well as improved ozone resistance, antibacterial properties, and far-infrared radiation.
본 발명은 건축자재용 조성물, 건축자재용 복합재의 제조 방법 및 이로부터 제조된 건축자재용 복합재에 관한 것으로서, 상기 건축자재용 조성물은 목분 50-55 중량%, 합성수지 15-25 중량%, 섬유보강재 5-12 중량%, EPDM 고무분말 5-15 중량%, 숯분말 1-6 중량% 및 첨가제 2-10 중량%을 포함하며, 이로부터 제조된 건축자재용 복합재는 내구성, 강도, 균열, 비틀림 등의 기계적 물성이 크게 개선될 뿐만 아니라 내오존성, 항균성 및 원적외선 방사능도 향상된다. |
