The hinge bracket for the rear seat according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a hinge pin coupled with seatback frames of both sides; and a vertical bracket body in which a mounting groove, on which the hinge pin is horizontally mounted, is formed on an upper end and a mounting plate fixed to a vehicle body is formed on a lower end.
