The present invention relates to a system for managing billiard hall consumables, which comprises: a main server for allowing a service including a replacement and repair of consumables used in a billiard hall; a billiard hall device connected to the main server to request the service; a sales/installation engineer device connected to the main server to provide the service for the billiard hall; and a manager for managing the main server, and charging fees when the service is performed. The main server collects, standardizes, stores and manages information on a type of consumables and a size, a manufacturer or a brand for each consumable, with respect to consumables used in the billiard hall. Also, the main server includes a consumable management unit for generating and displaying a menu to input information including a type and a size of consumables, which is installed in the billiard hall when a membership is registered through the billiard hall device. In addition, the main server performs tracking management of consumables in the billiard hall by referring to a general replacement cycle and a replacement cycle in a neighboring billiard hall, with respect to consumables used in billiard halls managed by the consumable management unit, and provides replacement or repair notification of the consumables. Therefore, an efficient management and service can be provided. 본 발명의 당구장 소모품 관리 시스템은, 당구장에 사용되는 소모품의 교체 및 수리를 포함한 서비스가 가능하도록 하는 메인 서버와, 상기 메인 서버에 접속하여 상기 서비스를 요청할 수 있는 당구장측 기기와, 상기 메인 서버에 접속하여 상기 서비스를 당구장측에 제공할 수 있는 판매/설치기사측 기기와, 상기 메인 서버를 관리하고, 상기 서비스가 이루어지는 때에 수수료를 부과하는 관리사를 포함하고, 상기 메인 서버는, 상기 당구장에 사용되는 소모품에 관하여 소모품의 종류와, 소모품별 크기와, 소모품별 제조사 또는 브랜드에 관한 정보를 군집 및 정형화하여 저장 및 관리하고, 상기 메인 서버는 상기 당구장측 기기를 통하여 회원가입을 하는 때에 당구장에 설치되어 있는 소모품의 종류 및 크기를 포함하는 정보를 입력하도록 메뉴를 생성 및 표시하는 소모품 관리부를 포함하고, 상기 메인 서버는 상기 소모품 관리부에 의해 관리되는 당구장들에서 사용되는 소모품들에 대해서 범용적인 교체주기와 주변 당구장에서의 교체주기를 참조하여 상기 당구장에 소모품의 추적 관리를 수행하고, 소모품들의 교체 또는 수리 알림을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
