Disclosed are a floating hydrogen production and treatment system. According to the present embodiment, the floating hydrogen production and treatment system comprises: a storage tank for accommodating liquefied natural gas and boil-off gas generated therefrom; a reformer for receiving at least one of vaporized natural gas and boil-off gas from the storage tank and producing hydrogen gas; a hydrogen liquefaction line for liquefying the hydrogen gas produced by the reformer; and a CO2 supply line for liquefying carbon dioxide generated from the reformer and supplying the same to CO2 demanders. The CO2 supply line includes: a compressor for pressurizing introduced carbon dioxide; and a cooling device for cooling the carbon dioxide pressurized by the compressor to liquefy the same. The cooling device can be provided as a heat exchanger that receives cold heat from the liquefied natural gas introduced into a regasification device that regasifies the liquefied natural gas stored in the storage tank and supplies the same to a first demander. Therefore, the floating hydrogen production and treatment system can reform methane contained in the natural gas, thereby stably producing hydrogen. 부유식 수소 생산 및 관리시스템이 개시된다. 본 실시 예에 의한 부유식 수소 생산 및 관리시스템은 액화천연가스 및 이로부터 발생하는 증발가스를 수용하는 저장탱크, 저장탱크로부터 기화된 천연가스 및 증발가스 중 적어도 어느 하나를 공급받아 수소가스를 생산하는 개질기, 개질기에 의해 생산된 수소가스를 액화시키는 수소 액화라인 및 개질기에서 발생되는 이산화탄소를 액화시켜 CO2 수요처로 공급하는 CO2 공급라인을 포함하고, CO2 공급라인은 유입된 이산화탄소를 가압하는 컴프레서와, 컴프레서에 의해 가압된 이산화탄소를 냉각시켜 액화하는 냉각장치를 포함하고, 냉각장치는 저장탱크의 액화천연가스를 재기화하여 제1 수요처로 공급하는 재기화장치로 유입된 액화천연가스로부터 냉열을 공급받는 열교환장치로 마련될 수 있다.
