The frame (110) includes: a plate-shaped bottom part (113); and two side wall parts (111) having a lower portion coupled to the bottom part (113) and facing each other on both sides in the width direction of the bottom part (113). 본 발명은 프레임(110)과 베개본체(130)를 포함하며; 상기 프레임(110)은 판상의 바닥부(113)와, 하부가 바닥부(113)에 결합되며 바닥부(113)의 폭 방향 양측에서 서로 마주하여 구비되는 2개의 측벽부(111)를 포함하며; 상기 베개본체(130)는 바닥부(113) 상부로 양측의 측벽부(111) 사이에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베개(100)에 관한 것이다.
