An embodiment of the present invention provides a portable golf swing exerciser capable of easily recognizing a rotation operation of a body of a user by being worn during a golf swing. The portable golf swing exerciser comprises: a shaft body which is positioned to be elongated to left and right sides from the pelvis or the shoulder of the user when worn; a first elongated shaft which is combined with one end of the shaft body and is elongated; a second elongated shaft which is combined with the other end of the shaft body and is elongated; two connection belts which have each one end connected to the shaft body, and attach the shaft body to the body of the user when tightened; and a supporting pad which is connected to each other end of the two connection belts, and is attached to the body of the user from an opposite side of the shaft body depending on tightening of the two connection belts. During the golf swing, the present invention can recognize a shape of the rotation operation of the body of the user from trajectories of an end of the first elongated shaft and an end of the second elongated shaft. 본 발명의 일실시예는 골프스윙시 착용하여 사용자의 신체의 회전동작을 쉽게 인식할 수 있도록 하는 휴대용 골프스윙 연습기를 제공한다. 휴대용 골프스윙 연습기는 착용시에 사용자의 골반 또는 어깨 인근에서 좌우로 연장되도록 위치되는 샤프트 본체; 상기 샤프트 본체의 일단에 결합되며, 신장 가능한 제1 신장 샤프트; 상기 샤프트 본체의 타단에 결합되며, 신장 가능한 제2 신장 샤프트; 상기 샤프트 본체에 일단이 각각 연결되며, 조여지는 경우 상기 샤프트 본체를 상기 사용자의 신체에 밀착시키는 2개의 연결벨트; 및 상기 2개의 연결벨트의 각 타단에 연결되며, 상기 2개의 연결벨트가 조여짐에 따라 상기 샤프트 본체의 반대측에서 상기 사용자의 신체에 밀착되는 지지패드;를 포함하며, 골프스윙시 상기 제1 신장 샤프트의 말단 및 상기 제2 신장 샤프트의 말단의 궤적으로부터 상기 사용자의 신체의 회전동작의 형태를 인식할 수 있게 한다.
