Summary: | A cassette equipped with a glass cell floating prevention device using air bubbles according to the present invention comprises: a cassette body in which thin film glass irradiated with a laser beam is internally loaded along a cutting path corresponding to the outer shape of a glass cell to be manufactured; and a glass cell floating prevention means for preventing the glass cell cut and separated from the thin film glass by an etching solution from floating inside the cassette body when the cassette body is immersed in the etching solution to prevent the cut glass cell from colliding with an internal structure of the cassette body or the thin film glass from which the glass cell is cut and separated. Accordingly, a glass cell of good quality without damage to the surface of the glass cell can be manufactured.
본 발명에 따른 공기 방울을 이용한 글라스 셀 부상 방지 장치가 장착된 카세트는 제조하고자 하는 글라스 셀의 외형과 맞대응되는 절단 경로를 따라 레이저 빔이 조사된 박막 글라스가 내부 적재되는 카세트 본체와; 상기 카세트 본체에 장착되되, 상기 카세트 본체를 식각액에 침지시켰을 때 식각액에 의해 상기 박막 글라스로부터 절단 분리된 글라스 셀이 카세트 본체 내부에서 부상(Floating)되지 않도록 하여 절단 완료된 글라스 셀이 카세트 본체 내부 구조물이나 글라스 셀이 절단 분리된 박막 글라스와 충돌되는 것을 방지하는 글라스 셀 부상 방지 수단을 포함한다. |
