Summary:An independent metering valve (2) of an embodiment includes a spool (5) as a first meter, a spool (6) as a second meter, and a bridge passage (30). The spool (5), which is the first meter, has a passage (11), which is the first meter and communicates with a first pump (110A). The spool (6), which is the second meter, has a passage (12), which is the second meter and communicates with a second pump (110B). The bridge passage (30) communicates with the passage (11) as the first meter and the passage (12) as the second meter and communicates with the respective ports (Hp, Rp) of a hydraulic actuator (111).
