Summary:The present invention relates to a home meal replacement product using non-preferred Korean beef and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a home meal replacement product using non-preferred Korean beef and containing non-preferred Korean beef and at least one of chicken, onion, garlic, sesame oil, caramel, bulgogi flavor seasoning, white sugar, black pepper, refined salt, modified potato starch, additive, and additional ingredient. In addition, it is possible to provide a method for manufacturing a home meal replacement product using non-preferred Korean beef, which includes: a grinding step of grinding non-preferred Korean beef and chicken; a mixing step of preparing a mixture by mixing the non-preferred Korean beef with at least one of chicken, onion, garlic, sesame oil, caramel, bulgogi flavor seasoning, white sugar, black pepper, refined salt, modified potato starch, additive, and additional ingredient; a forming step of forming the mixture into a steak shape; a heat treatment step of heat-treating the formed mixture; a quick freezing step of quick-freezing the heat-treated mixture; and a packaging step of packaging the quick-frozen mixture. 본 발명은 한우 비선호육 활용 HMR 제품 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 한우 비선호육과 계육, 양파, 마늘, 참기름, 캐러멜, 불고기맛시즈닝, 백설탕, 흑후추, 정제소금, 변성감자전분, 첨가제 및 추가원료 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 한우 비선호육 활용 HMR 제품을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 한우 비선호육과 계육을 각각 분쇄하는 분쇄단계; 한우 비선호육과 계육, 양파, 마늘, 참기름, 캐러멜, 불고기맛시즈닝, 백설탕, 흑후추, 정제소금, 변성감자전분, 첨가제 및 추가원료 중 하나 이상을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합단계; 상기 혼합물을 스테이크 형태로 성형하는 성형단계; 성형된 혼합물을 열처리하는 열처리단계; 열처리된 혼합물을 급속동결시키는 급속동결단계 및 급속동결된 혼합물을 포장하는 포장단계를 포함하는 한우 비선호육 활용 HMR 제품 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
