Summary:Disclosed are a floating hydrogen supply system and a method for operating the same. According to the present embodiment, the floating hydrogen supply system comprises: at least one storage tank for accommodating a liquid organic hydrogen carrier (LOHC); a dehydrogenation line for receiving hydrogen-loaded liquid organic hydrogen carrier (LOHC+) accommodated in the storage tank and extracting hydrogen therefrom; a fuel cell for receiving hydrogen gas and generating electricity; a hydrogen gas supply line for supplying the hydrogen gas, generated by the dehydrogenation line, to the fuel cell; a waste heat recovery line for collecting waste heat generated from the fuel cell; and a heat exchange unit provided in the dehydrogenation line and connected to the waste heat recovery line to exchange heat between the liquid organic hydrogen carrier (LOHC+) in the dehydrogenation line and the heat medium of the waste heat recovery line. Therefore, hydrogen can be stably stored and transported by using a liquid organic hydrogen carrier (LOHC). 부유식 수소공급시스템 및 이의 운용방법이 개시된다. 본 실시 예에 따른 부유식 수소공급시스템은 액상유기수소운반체(LOHC)를 수용하는 적어도 하나의 저장탱크; 상기 저장탱크에 수용되고 수소가 로딩된 액상유기수소운반체(LOHC+)를 공급받아 수소를 추출하는 탈수소화 라인; 수소가스를 공급받아 전력을 생산하는 연료전지; 상기 탈수소화 라인에 의해 발생되는 수소가스를 상기 연료전지로 공급하는 수소가스 공급라인; 상기 연료전지에서 발생되는 폐열을 수집하는 폐열회수라인; 및 상기 탈수소화 라인에 구비되며, 상기 폐열회수라인과 연결되어 상기 탈수소화 라인의 액상유기수소운반체(LOHC+)와 상기 폐열회수라인의 열매체 상호간에 열교환되도록 하는 열교환부;를 포함하여 제공될 수 있다.
