Summary: | The present invention relates to a heat-radiating material and a method for manufacturing the same. Particularly, the heat-radiating material according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: caustic soda; a saponification product of a copolymer containing an olefin-based repeating unit and a vinyl acetate-based repeating unit; an inorganic filler; and a polyolefin-based polymer, wherein the content of caustic soda satisfies a specific range. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a heat-radiating material includes the steps of: mixing a saponification product of a copolymer containing an olefin-based repeating unit and a vinyl acetate-based repeating unit with inorganic particles in the presence of a first solvent and caustic soda; carrying out drying; and kneading the resultant product with a polyolefin-based polymer.
본 발명은 방열 소재 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명의 일 구현예에서는, 가성 소다; 올레핀계 반복단위 및 초산비닐계 반복단위를 포함하는 공중합체의 비누화물; 무기 필러; 및 폴리올레핀계 고분자를 포함하면서, 상기 가성 소다의 함량이 특정 범위를 만족하는 방열 소재를 제공한다. 본 발명의 다른 일 구현예에서는, 제1 용매 및 가성 소다의 존재 하에 올레핀계 반복단위와 초산비닐계 반복단위를 포함하는 공중합체의 비누화물 및 무기 입자를 혼합한 뒤; 건조시키고; 폴리올레핀계 고분자와 혼련하는 일련의 공정을 포함하는, 방열 소재의 제조 방법을 제공한다. |
