Disclosed is a head height adjustment apparatus for an expansion and contraction pipe, which can be easily constructed and can quickly adjust a position of a sprinkler head. The head height adjustment apparatus for the expansion and contraction pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an elbow pipe, wherein one side is coupled to the expansion and contraction pipe, and the other side is coupled to a sprinkler head; an elbow bracket installed on a ceiling and supporting the elbow pipe; and a height adjustment member fastened to the elbow pipe and configured to adjust a height of the elbow pipe.
