One embodiment of the present invention relates to an ultrasonic bonding device, a control device, and a control method. The objective of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic bonding device, a control device, and a control method, which are capable of, in bonding by ultrasonic bonding, suppressing a decrease in bonding strength of members to be bonded. According to an embodiment, the ultrasonic bonding device comprises: a stage; a bonding tool; a sensor; and a control device. The stage enables arrangement of a member to be bonded on an upper side thereof in the height direction. The bonding tool is arranged on the upper side in the height direction relative to the member to be bonded, presses the member to be bonded to the lower side in the height direction by a pressurization force, and is driven in a state of transmitting ultrasonic vibration vibrated in a direction crossing the height direction to the member to be bonded, thereby bonding the member to be bonded. The sensor detects vibration in the height direction in the member to be bonded vibrated by the ultrasonic vibration. The device changes a control parameter associated with driving of the bonding tool based on information on the vibration in the height direction detected by the sensor. 본 발명의 실시 형태는, 초음파 접합 장치, 제어 장치 및 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는, 초음파 접합에 의한 접합에 있어서, 피접합 부재의 접합 강도의 저하를 억제할 수 있는 초음파 접합 장치, 제어 장치 및 제어 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 실시 형태에 따르면, 초음파 접합 장치는, 스테이지, 접합 툴, 센서 및 제어 장치를 구비한다. 스테이지는, 높이 방향의 상측에 피접합 부재를 배치 가능하다. 접합 툴은, 피접합 부재에 대해 높이 방향의 상측에 배치되고, 피접합 부재를 가압력에 의해 높이 방향의 하측으로 압박하며, 또한 높이 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 진동하는 초음파 진동을 피접합 부재에 전달하는 상태로 구동됨으로써 피접합 부재를 접합한다. 센서는, 초음파 진동에 의해 진동하는 피접합 부재에 있어서의 높이 방향을 따르는 진동을 검출한다. 제어 장치는, 센서에 의해 검출된 높이 방향을 따르는 진동에 관한 정보에 기초하여, 접합 툴의 구동과 관련된 제어 파라미터를 변경한다.
