According to various embodiments disclosed in the present document, an antenna device and/or an electronic device including the same comprise: a first antenna array comprising an array of a plurality of first radiation patches; a communication circuit part configured to transmit and receive a wireless signal using at least one of the first radiation patches; and at least one first isolator disposed in a region between two adjacent first radiation patches among the first radiation patches. The first isolator includes a first part, a second part disposed parallel to the first part, and a third part electrically connecting the first part and the second part. The first part and the second part may be configured to generate a flow of current having a phase difference of 180 degrees with respect to each other. In addition, various embodiments are possible.
