Summary:The present invention relates to a composition containing a recombinant botulinum toxin protein, comprising a sugar alcohol as a stabilizer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition containing botulinum toxin type A light chain protein or a fragment thereof and a sugar alcohol containing 6 or less carbon atoms and/or a solubility in water of 150 mg/mL or more at 20 ℃ as a stabilizer. The composition of the present invention can exhibit the effect of maintaining the biological activity of the recombinant botulinum toxin light chain protein at a usable level while sufficiently securing the stability of the botulinum toxin protein through the use of a stabilizer. 본 발명은 재조합 보툴리눔 독소 단백질을 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것이며, 안정화제로 당 알코올을 포함한다. 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명은 보툴리눔 독소 A형 경쇄 단백질 또는 이의 절편 및 안정화제로써 탄소 원자의 개수가 6개 이하 및/또는 20℃에서 물에서의 용해도가 150 mg/mL 이상인 당 알코올을 포함하는 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 안정화제를 통해 보툴리눔 독소 단백질의 안정성을 충분히 확보하면서, 재조합 보툴리눔 독소 경쇄 단백질의 생물학적 활성을 사용 가능한 수준으로 유지하는 효과를 발휘할 수 있다.
